WealthPlus has been a trusted leader in the Multiple Employer Solutions space for over two decades, offering deep expertise in navigating the complexities of various plan structures. With the introduction of Pooled Employer Plans (PEPs), businesses of all sizes can now streamline their retirement offerings by joining a cost-effective, shared plan—without the need for a common link among participating employers.
Our blank canvas approach gives decision-makers the freedom to assemble their ideal team of industry recognized service providers, ensuring a tailored solution with no conflicts of interest. As a marketplace, we connect you with top-tier covered service providers, making retirement plans more accessible, efficient, and scalable.
GoPs (Group of Plans), created under the SECURE Act, let associated businesses file a single Form 5500 for multiple 401(k) plans, cutting costs while keeping plan flexibility. If companies meet IRS-controlled group rules, owners can offer a unified retirement plan.
